Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.
Waist: Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waist, where you normally wear your pants. Insert your forefinger
between the tape and your body to allow ease in fit.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, inserting your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow ease in fit.
Inseam: Measure a similar pant that fits you well. Measure along the inseam, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem.

They are true to size according to their charts. I recommend getting your size according to the size charts and not sizing down due to the strong compression they have. "I now have six pairs of Fanka leggings in 2 different styles. I really like the fit and quality of these leggings. They are not a miracle cure, you will still have to work out an exercise to see results. I have not had them long enough to see major results, but with that said, I am hoping they will help with cellulite and toning."

"Though i appreciate the noticeable resistance of these i cant ignore the fact the top constantly rolls down during my yoga and boxing classes as well as just during daily wear. I have worn mine a few times and held off on review until i was sure it wasn't just a new product malfunction. Love that they had a pocket but also not over pleased with the lack of tummy control. I am dealing with stubborn post partum weight but am not exactly what would be considered overweight so the lack of control and the roll down problem have kept these from being my preferred brand."

Sizing is hard to gauge

"I usually wear a medium and most other leggings so I bought a first pair of Franca in size large and they were so tight on the waist that they were very uncomfortable and did not fit appropriately. I then purchased a second pair in the next size up, which was extra large. Those fit better but still because I am short. The waist is uncomfortable and feels better when I roll it down."

If I were to purchase again, I would definitely go with my actual size 16. I don’t even feel like I have compression leggings on, but after my workout you definitely know you have them on.
