  • Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.
  • Waist: Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waist, where you normally wear your pants. Insert your forefinger
    between the tape and your body to allow ease in fit.
  • Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, inserting your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow ease in fit.
  • Inseam: Measure a similar pant that fits you well. Measure along the inseam, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem.
*Hint: For the most accurate results, measure yourself in your underwear.

I Love ALL my Fanka leggings

"The "new" sizing is a bit smaller, so that might make a difference for ordering your size. I ALWAYS wear a Medium, in the past medium was just medium, now it says Med size 6. . . . so, there is definitely a difference. I LOVE the ultra compression these leggings provide. However, if your mid section is bigger than your legs your sizing might be different. My waist is much smaller than my hips & legs, so the extra small & compressive waistband is great for me. I never thought much about the compression on my legs making a difference in daily life, however I began to really notice the difference in my legs swelling when I don't wear my Fanka leggings. I recently learned I do in fact have lipedema, so my legs swell, hold weight & fat, and hurt when they aren't supported by compression. These leggings are amazing for that. Not to mention they look fabulous! I'm a group fitness instructor and personal trainer, I'm on my feet constantly and work out 10-15 hours a week, I can't imagine wearing anything else. I'm 5'10", 177lbs, waist is 30", hips 44""
