Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.
Waist: Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waist, where you normally wear your pants. Insert your forefinger
between the tape and your body to allow ease in fit.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, inserting your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow ease in fit.
Inseam: Measure a similar pant that fits you well. Measure along the inseam, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem.

"I absolutely LOVE these leggings! The compression is unreal and unlike other leggings. The resistance bands are awesome. They shape your body in an awesome way with resistance that's just right. They are true to size according to their charts. I recommend getting your size according to the size charts and not sizing down due to the strong compression they have. Love these leggings!

"This is my third purchase of Fanka leggings. As a power walker and person with a knee replacement who is looking to stay in shape. Plus keep injury and swelling at bay I love these leggings for those reasons. I work out 3X a week doing modified workouts to my ability. Since trying these I feel like they’ve made a difference in the swelling I used to get in my L leg. I also notice less fatigue and muscle soreness. "I now have six pairs of Fanka leggings in 2 different styles. I really like the fit and quality of these leggings. They are not a miracle cure, you will still have to work out an exercise to see results. I have not had them long enough to see major results, but with that said, I am hoping they will help with cellulite and toning."

Sizing is hard to gauge

"I usually wear a medium and most other leggings so I bought a first pair of Franca in size large and they were so tight on the waist that they were very uncomfortable and did not fit appropriately. I then purchased a second pair in the next size up, which was extra large. Those fit better but still because I am short. The waist is uncomfortable and feels better when I roll it down."
