Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.
Waist: Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waist, where you normally wear your pants. Insert your forefinger
between the tape and your body to allow ease in fit.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, inserting your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow ease in fit.
Inseam: Measure a similar pant that fits you well. Measure along the inseam, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem.

"I'm 5'6", 130, I bought a medium; the tag said 6. I generally wear a 4-6 in pants. They felt snug getting them up and on, but once I got them on -- amazing. Like they just fell into place. They are soft and comfortable. You can feel the compression without feeling pinched. They feel breathable without sliding around. I am ordering a second pair now. I wear them for gym workouts but could easily wear them all day."

"As with all these leggings the stomach is TIGHT. If you have a hiatus hernia they are uncomfortable but will tolerate for shorterbperiods of time. I have knee issues as well , so placement of bands must be placed properly . I found the legs tight at first but have loosened up a bit. After a wash they remained the same. I do feel resistance when doing my leg exercises and cycling on a stationary bike and more tired after workout. So they are working. These are definitely worth a try."

I am 5 ft 8

"I am 5 ft 8 and weigh 145 pounds. I initially ordered a medium but after wearing it teaching (dance instructor) I decided to get the small size since it became stretchy in the crotch area sliding down. I am very happy with the small size and just wore these for the first time today teaching a few classes without any slippage. Told all of my ladies today about the brand. Sure wish my paycheck could help pay for more of these! Great product!"

Great for nerve damage

"Really lovely colour, great fit and so soft. There was a slight issue with one of the knees going fluffy but customer support were excellent and resolved the issue straight away. I bought these to help with MS nerve damage in my legs and it is really helping, ive not had to get uo overnight with burning legs and feet for 3 weeks!!"
