- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.

- Inseam: Measure a similar pant that fits you well. Measure along the inseam, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem.

"This built-in bra tank top with compression sides is so comfortable. I tried it on as soon as it arrived and i wore it all day. Nearly wore it to bed. . . didn't want to take it off. I'm 5'7 38B 130lbs, so usually wear a medium. Always order a large in Fanka as the medium would be too compressive. I have now replaced all my leggings with Fanka - love them too much!"
