- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.

slightly below your natural waist, where you normally wear your
pants. Insert your forefinger
between the tape and your body to allow ease in fit. - Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, inserting your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow ease in fit.
- Inseam: Measure a similar pant that fits you well. Measure along the inseam, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem.

underwear.

"I was having issues with low blood pressures and bought a pair of the Body Sculpt Leggings as my doctors wanted me to wear compression tights. I love the fit and comfortable fabric. The waist band is high and provides good pressure. They washed well. I ordered a second pair."
Size down for smaller waists
"I am 53, have stage 2 lipedema, a handful of other chronic illnesses and connective tissue dissorders and haven't really exercised in the past 3 years. My waist is about 12" smaller than hips. I was in-between sizes on the chart and sized down to accommodate my smaller waist. I am loosing 1 pounds a week wearing these a minimum of 6 hours a day, slightly increasing my activity and adjusting my diet. My varicous veins are looking better after 4 weeks. They are more difficult to put on when wearing them inside out but they do stay in place. I personally feel that more bands, waves, curves, resistance is needed in the inner thigh and back of thigh area. These are the true problem areas when it comes to lipedema or cellulite. I find them very comfortable, fairly easy to put on like a good pair of support hose. The compression around my waist helps with my low motility gut. These are not a miracle weight-loss device but a tool to use to get healthier."
