"These are super comfy I wear them just hanging around the house, running chores as well as exercising. The material feels so nice agains your skin and they provide just the right amount of pressure. I have several pair of 7/8 which are the perfect full length for me as I am short. I thoroughly recommend"

"I absolutely love these leggings! The resistance bands keep my legs working a bit no matter what I’m doing which has been very helpful as I work to lose weight and improve my overall health. I bought my first pair a year ago in a 2XL. With a lot of hard work I’m now wearing a L. I think the resistance bands and high compression in these leggings have really helped with that process as well as helping avoid the cellulite/loose skin look that can accompany significant weight loss. The compression is also very helpful for managing my chronic pain from Fibromyalgia. On the sizing, the high compression can make these feel like they run small, but that’s where the resistance bands and compression are actually working."
"Great compression for POTS. However, when wearing inside out, there is a logo behind the knee that gets bothersome and digs in after wearing for a while. When wearing right side out it is not a problem. I prefer the reverse side without the stripes when wearing them out and about though."
"I love that 7/8 on a 5'3" frame is a full length legging. I love how they compress the legs... I teach PE all day and then Cardio Kickboxing in the afternoons two times a week and these feel great. I do however hate the high waisted band. It squeezes so hard that my rib fat rolls come out and I have to wear these with a baggy sweatshirt. I did exchange the 2nd pair for the v waist and I absolutely LOVE those! I just wish they had more colors in the v waist and the 7/8 length."
"5’9” 145lbs, with 10 to lose. These are amazing! I got them as a test, both for size and compression, as I’ve lost 100lbs since my last pair (2XL). I felt pretty sure I’d be a L, even though many people said size UP with theses. I think had I gone with ultra compression I would heed that sizing advice. But as it stands L is perfect for me in these. Took some moving and stuffing to get them over my hips, but then they were like a second skin. They hold everything in and I can already feel the extra taping support across my muscles, and know these are going to be clutch on both compound lifting and cardio days. Please put them on sale again so I can get a few more pairs! These are great."

"I have tried several brands of compression leggings, and by far Van car is the best. They have the largest variety based upon the type of compression that you are looking for. They provide results and give you comfort in the process. Once you determine your size which can be a little tricky, you will almost feel as if you’re just wearing a second skin. I would highly recommend them over any other brand."
