How to Measure

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.
Waist: Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waist, where you normally wear your pants. Insert your forefinger
between the tape and your body to allow ease in fit.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, inserting your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow ease in fit.
Inseam: Measure a similar pant that fits you well. Measure along the inseam, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem.

*Hint: For the most accurate results, measure yourself in your underwear.

High Intensity? Hmmmmm

"Based on reviews, I was led to believe the High Intensity would have ultra resistance - making everyday movement, a workout. I should have narrowed my search for poor or less favourable reviews to get a clearer picture of what to expect. It's been two weeks since my leggings and top arrived. I've done my housework, my gardening, even my shopping in them - and they feel like everyday gym wear. . . no difference, no resistance, no extra effort and certainly nothing to show in my muscle definition, body composition, weight or measurements. I did the 7 day challenge. I got my $50 discount code. But I doubt I'll use it to buy anything else from Fanka. I'm going back to using resistance bands for targeted workouts. . . at least then, I'll feel the resistance. I'll keep the outfit only because it is comfortable and can be worn reversed as pure black. The stripes are a bit much outside of the gym."
