Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.
Waist: Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waist, where you normally wear your pants. Insert your forefinger
between the tape and your body to allow ease in fit.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, inserting your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow ease in fit.
Inseam: Measure a similar pant that fits you well. Measure along the inseam, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem.

"I do like these. They've were recommended by a friend. As for the pockets. I'm used to having pockets on both my sides, but they only has a pocket on the right. I would say that is my only criticism. I have also ordered another pair in the 7/8 length that has more compression. I'm interested in seeing how they feel. I prefer the 7/8 length because for my height I have long legs and a capris are too short."
