Return policy

Feel free to try them on — if it’s not for you, no worries. We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your items. Just make sure everything is unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

Shipping costs and shipping insurance are non-refundable.

Customers in the US, Canada, Germany, and the UK will receive a prepaid return label once the request is approved.

When can I get refund and exchange items?

Refund or exchange will proceed immediately once your return is well received.

For a refund, the processing time will depend on the payment method you used for your order. PayPal refunds take up to 3 business days to process. Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to process.

For an exchange, it will take up to 3 business days to arrange the shipment of the replacement item. Once shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking numbers.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

It depends on countries.

You don't need to pay for shipping if you are in the United States, Canada, Germany or the United Kingdom. You will receive a return label for anything you want to return.

If you are in countries besides the United States, Canada, Germany and the United Kingdom, you will need to pay for shipping first. Please make sure to keep the shipment receipt. We can undertake a shipping fee below $30. We apologize for any inconvenience.
