Waist: Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waist, where you normally wear your pants. Insert your forefinger
between the tape and your body to allow ease in fit.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, inserting your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow ease in fit.
Inseam: Measure a similar pant that fits you well. Measure along the inseam, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem.

"The waist had absolutely zero give. I ended up cutting the “resistance bands” from it so they fit properly. But I’m loving fanka leggings because they help with the swelling in my legs so they still get 4 stars. If I were to buy them again, which I might, I’d size up. And to be honest, I should have read the sizing info better and gone large in the first place. I’m just normally a medium in everything else. That being said, they look and feel amazing on!!! I originally purchased them based on weight and although they fit, I decided to purchase my second pair according to my actual size and the fit perfect.
