Tour de taille : Mesurez votre tour de taille, légèrement en dessous de votre taille naturelle, là où vous portez habituellement votre pantalon. Insérez votre index entre le mètre ruban et votre corps pour un ajustement optimal.
Hanche : mesurez autour de la partie la plus large de vos hanches, en insérant votre index entre le ruban et votre hanche pour faciliter l'ajustement.
Entrejambe : Prenez les mesures d'un pantalon similaire qui vous va bien. Mesurez le long de l'entrejambe, de la couture d'entrejambe jusqu'au bas de l'ourlet.

"I am not postpartum, well, I'm 20 years postpartum. However, I bought these leggings for the tummy control and lumbar support. They do not disappoint! I wear these for every single 10 hour shift I work on my feet. They are magic! Never roll down, support my stomach and back, my legs feel great! I need another 3 pairs! My only wish is that they came in 7/8 length for us short girls."

I was 2 months postpartum when I got these and they A) gave me some confidence back while my body was returning back to normal and B) they feel really good. "First time putting the legging on was a struggle, the waist was the size of my thigh 😀 But once on, they give very nice support (I’m not postpartum, just wanted the wide waistband and lower belly support) and shape. I can imagine that for someone short with a short back the waistband might be too long and fold. After 1 lifting session and 1 full day wear, these might just be my favorite leggings. The compression is very nice and the waistband helped keeping my core in check when lifting. 90% squatproof which is good enough for me as the compression really smoothes out even my stage 1 lipedema bumps."
