PowerBand High Intensity now comes in two lengths: the original Full-Length and the new 7/8. Both deliver the same built-in resistance and Ultra-High Compression. The differences are length, coverage and price.
So which one is right for you?
Quick Answer
Choose the PowerBand High Intensity 7/8 ($94.99) if you are around 5'1"–5'3" and want a full-length look with less fabric gathering at the ankle, prefer less coverage for warmer weather, or want the lower-priced way to try PowerBand High Intensity.
Choose the PowerBand High Intensity Full-Length ($99.99) if you want the leggings to reach the ankle, prefer more coverage for cooler weather, or find that 7/8 leggings look more cropped on your height.
Both provide the same built-in resistance and Ultra-High Compression. The additional $5 pays for more length and coverage—not higher performance.

Before You Choose a Length: Is High Intensity Right for You?
New to PowerBand? Think of it as resistance you can wear—built-in bands add resistance as you move.
The original PowerBand has 11 built-in bands and 18–23 mmHg compression. High Intensity steps it up to 18+ bands and over 23 mmHg, giving you more resistance with a tighter, firmer and more stabilizing feel.
You can find the full breakdown in our High Compression vs. Ultra-High Compression Guide
Already know you want the most resistance and love a tighter fit? Let's find your best High Intensity length.

The short version: choose your compression first, then choose your length
How to Check Your Best Length at Home
The most reliable way to choose between 7/8 and Full-Length is to compare them with leggings you already own.
- Lay your best-fitting leggings flat.
- Measure from the crotch seam down the inside of the leg to the hem.
- Compare that measurement with the product inseam:
- PowerBand High Intensity 7/8, Size S: 21.1 in / 53.5 cm
- PowerBand High Intensity Full-Length, Size S: 24.4 in / 62 cm
- Choose the closest measurement for a familiar fit, or choose shorter if you want more ankle showing.
Use height and inseam to choose your length. Use your waist and hip measurements to choose your size.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Is The 7/8 Only For Petite Women?
No. Petite women may find that it fits more like a traditional full length, while taller women can choose it for a visibly cropped look.
Q2: Can I Still Choose Full-Length If I Am 5'1"–5'3"?
Yes. Height does not limit you to one option. Choose Full-Length if you prefer complete coverage, but check the inseam if leggings often bunch at your ankles.
Q3: What If My Height And Inseam Suggest Different Lengths?
Prioritize the inseam and where you want the hem to sit. Height is a useful starting point, while inseam is a more direct measurement of leg length.
Q4: Should First-Time Compression Wearers Start With High Intensity?
Not necessarily. High Intensity is designed for an extra-firm feel. If you are new to compression or want something easier to wear for everyday movement, compare it with the original PowerBand Resistance Leggings first.
Q5: Can I Use Both Lengths For The Same Workouts?
Yes. The 7/8 and Full-Length High Intensity leggings have the same resistance and compression. Choose between them based on fit and coverage rather than workout performance.
A Message from Fanka
We created the PowerBand High Intensity 7/8 to offer another way to wear the support you already know—not to create a "less powerful" version.
The 7/8 and Full-Length deliver the same built-in resistance and Ultra-High Compression. The right choice is not automatically the longer or more expensive one. It is the length that fits your height, climate and coverage preference.
If this is your first Fanka purchase and both lengths work for you, the 7/8 offers the same High Intensity features at the lower price. If you are unsure whether Ultra-High Compression is right for you, choose your compression level before choosing your length.
Same resistance. Same High Intensity support. Your preferred length.
