How Victoria Fought Cancer and Found Strength Through Movement

I started in 2023 when I found out I had breast cancer. I decided to take a natural path — focusing on healing
through food, movement, and mindset. I began practicing Taekwondo, started eating clean, and detoxed
everything in my home.
By 2024, the cancer disappeared.
I kept going. That same year, I started weightlifting and set my sights on something bold — a bikini
bodybuilding competition in April 2025. I trained hard, showed up, and won my debut.
During prep, I wore my Fanka leggings almost every day. They supported my knees through intense workouts and
helped me target areas I needed to lean out for the stage. The leggings were FANTASTIC — and I’ll keep wearing
them throughout my training.
I’ve gained so much from this journey — not just medals and swords as trophies, but a completely new level of
health, confidence, and mindset. Emotionally, defeating cancer was a massive win. Physically, I’m in the best
shape of my life. Mentally, I’m laser-focused on my next goal: the Taekwondo Tournament of Champions in July
2025. I’m currently ranked in the top 10 in the world, and I feel beyond grateful.
Of course, it wasn’t easy. Cancer was the most difficult challenge I’ve ever faced. Staying positive through
all-natural healing, raw veganism, daily movement, cleansing, sauna — even the clothes I wore — it all
mattered. My spouse was my rock. My kids were my light. And my faith kept me going.
To anyone just starting out:
Don’t give up. Trust the process. Enjoy the journey. Love yourself.

Thank you so much for sharing this story. As a woman who’s faced my own health challenges, I felt so much comfort and encouragement reading about her journey. The way she spoke about taking things one step at a time, and being gentle with herself, really resonated with me. Stories like this remind us we’re never alone, and that every bit of progress is worth celebrating. Sending love to everyone on their own path.
So moved by your journey. I’ve been wearing Fanka leggings myself, they really do offer incredible support, especially for the knees.
