New to Fanka compression leggings?
Here’s the most important thing to know: compression leggings feel tight, probably tighter than you are used to. And that's totally normal. They're designed that way to sculpt your body, support your muscles, and enhance your performance. In short, the tightness is what makes them functional.
This guide will help you pick the right compression level for you, get the right size, and teach you the best way to put them on, so you can start feeling amazing from the very first step.
Pick Your Compression
Level
Compression isn’t just about tightness — it’s about how your body feels and performs. Fanka leggings use PowerLift™ technology to deliver graduated compression, so every move feels lighter, stronger, and supported.
Compression Level How It Feels What It Does for You
Light (8-10 mmHg) Very light and breathable Keeps your legs comfortable all day
Medium (11-17 mmHg) Snug but easy to move in Shapes your legs while staying comfortable
High (18-23 mmHg) Firm and supportive Holds muscles in place and really shapes your curves
Ultra (>23 mmHg) Very tight and performance focused Maximizes support, stabilizes muscles, speeds up recovery

Tip: If you’re new to compression leggings, start with High Compression (18–23 mmHg) — it’s the sweet spot that delivers visible shaping, firm support, and everyday flexibility.

How To Measure Your Size
Getting your perfect fit starts with accurate measurements. Here’s how to find yours:

  • Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum.
  • Inseam: Measure from your inner thigh down to your ankle.
Quick Tips:

  • Size down for a more sculpted, compressive fit
  • Size up for comfort and everyday wear
Use our Fanka Size Chart to find your exact fit.
How to Put On Compression Leggings
Compression leggings are firm by design, and that’s how they give you support. Here's the best way to put them on:
1. Roll leggings up to your ankles
2. Pull up slowly, section by section
3. For Body Sculpt leggings, align the circular support lines around your knees — this ensures proper shaping
4. Adjust waistband and smooth wrinkles
5. Move around for a few minutes — the fit will settle perfectly to your body
How Should They Feel?
When you try your new pair for the first time, it may feel tighter than expected. That’s normal. The fabric warms up and adapts to your body after a short while, and the fit will settle into the right level of support.
A perfect Fanka fit should feel snug and supportive — never restrictive — with a waistband that stays in place and a smooth, comfortable hold that moves with you.
Too tight? If you feel short of breath or can’t move comfortably, try a bigger size.
Too loose? If you notice excess wrinkling, size down for a more secure, sculpted fit.

I have lost over 100 pounds to have both knees replaced. Weighing now 146. I have no butt, but my thighs are still large. I’m looking for the right size with butt lift *a must… knee support

I would love to purchase as I am reducing while on GLP-1 and believe this would be a perfect answer. I find that you are not offering plus sizes. Do you have another site for plus sizes? TYVM

I am recovering from a knee revision (replaced the knee I had put in 5 years ago. Suffered 2 work injuries within 1st 53 weeks of original surgeries). I’m looking to wear support under my scrub pants. Which style would offer the best knee support?

I’d like to know before I place an order as to whether these will fit men as well. After 3 open heart surgeries, I could use the compression in my legs to help, but I don’t want to drop the kind of money you’re asking to find out that these won’t do me any good and won’t fit. There ARE men out here that would wear these (for various reasons, I’m sure) but there’s an “audience” you’re not tapping into.
Back to the question; do they fit men? Secondly, are you going to make these for men?

Kevin Z

Do these fit men too
